Project Managers and Owner's Representatives
This service is provided for discerning clients that desire a personalized level of service, but that may not require a full time Estate Manager. Our Project Managers team consists of your Owner's Representative (your primary point of contact), as well as their in-office support manager and a team of helpers that assist in day to day issues. Each Senior Project Manager has no more than 4 clients at one time. Their duties may include:

• Oversight and coordination of all Construction and Renovation Projects.
• Managment of all property contractors and expenses
• Customized Home and Automobile Maintenance Schedules
• Inventory Tracking
• Provide liason between Architect, Interior Designer and General Contractor
